Newborn

I love photographing newborn babies so much! I'm always in awe of all their little features - their little fingers and toes, tiny eyelashes and those adorable wrinkles in their skin. Newborns grow and change so quickly that it can be difficult to remember all those little details. This is why newborn photographs are so important.

As a mom of three children, I know how quickly time can pass us by. I also know how important it is to have precious memories of these first few weeks. I look at my own children and wonder where my little babies' went.

The first few weeks are made up of joy, excitement, and lots of exhaustion. During this fleeting time, photographs may be the last thing on your mind, it may feel like just another thing on your long to-do list. You are learning all about this little person and it can be overwhelming. I get it. I will also be the first to tell you that you will never regret having these special photographs of your sweet baby. You can look back on these photographs with your child and show them when you became a family.

When you arrive for your session you can relax in my fully equipped home studio while I create some beautiful photographs that you and your family will treasure for years to come. Feel free to put your feet up, let me serve you some tea or coffee and of course a snack! I would also love to hear all about your birth story! My warm and inviting home studio is the perfect setting to enjoy watching your beautiful baby's session.

I am very good at communicating with my clients. In the weeks or days leading up to your session we will discuss colour preferences, oufits and props.
